3-21-05 Minutes
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:40.
The pledges were said and roll call was taken.
2. The secretary read last month's minutes.
3. The treasurer gave the treasure's report.
4. Discussed t-shirts and members were told to bring their designs to the next meeting.
The car wash at Walmart was set for May 21st; the rain date is June 1st.
Members signed up for educationcal posters.
5. There was the dog Project Announcements, dog inspection March 23.
6. Talked about hosting the foreign exchange students; if interested call Pat Smith at 1-608-849-4085 or email at psmith@chorus.net,
and who was going to the Stoughton fair (June 29- July 4)
7. Jordan and Logan gave their presentations.
8. Played horse jeopardy.
9. Meeting was adjourned at 7:30
