1. Call to order
The meeting was called to order at 7:42 PM

The pledges were said and roll call was taken. The secretary read the secretary's report and the treasurer read the treasurer's report.
Fair forms were collected.

2. Old business
Decided on food prices for the brat fest at Hanley?s on June 25 (Rain date: June 26)
Voted on color for club t-shirts.
Meeting on July 11th to repair some of the stall decorations; the club is to pay for the snacks.

3. New business
Decided that the Halloween Fun Show would be held at Bounds on the 8th of October.
Signup for project protectors and small animal helpers.
Sweet Corn Festival Parade on Thursday, August 18th at 6:30 pm

4. Presentations
Carly and Kayla brought in their presentations

5. The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 pm
