MEETING AGENA:

Meeting Minutes:
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM and roll call was taken.
2. The secretary read last month?s minutes.
3. The treasure gave the treasure?s report; the balance was at $1,617.69.
4. The people who handed out Valentines at the nursing home told us how it went and what happened while they were there.
5. The club discussed different designs for the club t-shirt.
6. The club brainstormed ideas for fundraisers and came up with a car wash at Wal-Mart. Discussed whether the club should change the stall decorations and educational posters. Talked about the upcoming clinics and had signup sheets for the pre-registered ones. Had to sign up for trailering.
7. Motioned to move the next meeting on the 14th of March to the 15th because of the ?How Horses Think? clinic.
8. Alyssa and Callie shared their presentations.
9. The meeting was adjourned at 7:50.
