5-9-05 Minutes

1. The meeting was called to order at 6:40 P.M. and roll call was taken.

The secretary read the secretary's report and the treasurer read the treasurer's report.

2. Went over the club t-shirts and the stall decorations and posters.

3. Found out who was going to the Spring Fling Show at Bounds and the trailering clinic on May 21st.

4. Passed out fair books.

5. The motion was passed for the club to pay for Hannah's t-shirt.

6. Motion and passed for the club to pay for the children's fair passes. The adults are to pay their own.

7. Casey and Alison brought in their presentations.

8. The meeting was adjourned at 8:44 P.M.
